We are seeking a forward-thinking Tech Ecosystem Manager to help drive the next phase of our growth and ensure our technology platforms remain robust, scalable, and future-ready.
 
 
As the Tech Ecosystem Manager at ECHE Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing our interconnected network of technologies and ensuring their seamless integration. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, you will lead efforts to optimize our tech stack, manage vendor relationships, and drive innovation in line with our organizational goals. This role requires a visionary who understands both the current landscape and future trends in technology, ensuring that ECHE continues to operate efficiently and stays ahead of the curve. If you are passionate about technology ecosystems, digital transformation, and forward-thinking solutions, we would love to have you join our dynamic team.

QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role, preferably in a financial services or regulated environment.
  • Experience in artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies, with the ability to integrate AI solutions into business processes for enhanced decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and principles is a plus
  • Strong skills in database programming and management.

JOB TITLE:

Cash Management Associate

As we take flight, we’re seeking stellar customer focused ECHElons to join our team. Our suitable Cash Management Associates will accurately execute the assigned duties within the Operations Unit, ensuring a high level of accuracy as well as adherence to operational procedures and policies established by ECHE Limited to always ensure customer service excellence.

Cash Management Associates will:

  • Process all transactions according to service level agreements, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure all end of day activities are accurately completed
  • Follow all financial, security regulations and procedures for any assigned area

  • Excellent working knowledge of cash management industry

Work Experience

  • At least 2 years of related experience in similar capacity 
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure 
  • Must be able to work on shifts
